Warning if you have like some acne kind of thing in the mouth, don't do, don't do it, do it after you recover. And also if you do too many times, the, you might get some inflammation and then become swollen and it becomes bigger. So that's reversed effect, which you don't want to have. So keep it 10 seconds, keep it 10 seconds[inaudible] 10 times per day, or could be two sets per day. But that's the maximum that I recommend. Please let me know if this works for you or not.
