V shaped | Heart shaped face

Wow! Guess what? I'm here to share some amazing tips on achieving a V-shaped or heart-shaped face! Get ready for three fantastic exercises that will help you achieve your desired look.

1. Cheek Stretching

To achieve a V-shaped or heart-shaped face, start by stretching the cheek area towards the opposite side and lifting the face slightly upwards. Be mindful not to create wrinkles and use a finger for support if needed. Repeat this exercise 10 times, alternating between sides. This combination of stretching and training promotes elastic muscles and improves facial symmetry. Avoid overstretching if you experience any pain, particularly in the TMJ area. Interestingly, I discovered this exercise while working in Japan and practiced it secretly in the restroom. It effectively reduced facial chubbiness for me, while my body remained relatively unchanged. Give it a try and enjoy the results!

2. Stick your tongue out and touch your nose

Let's move on to exercise number two, which targets the jawline and upper neck area. Begin by tilting your head at a 45-degree angle, ensuring your shoulder is relaxed and your chest is open. Place your finger under your chin for support, if desired. Now, perform a big stretch, feeling the tension in the targeted area. Stick your tongue out and try to touch your nose, but if that's challenging, simply stick your tongue out. Repeat these steps on the other side, being cautious if you have neck pain. When returning to the starting position, do so slowly to avoid any sudden pain. This exercise introduces the new element of trying to touch the nose with your tongue, which enhances its effectiveness. Give it a try and let me know what you think! These two exercises help to achieve a sharper jawline, an important aspect of creating a heart-shaped face.

3. Cheek Squat

Now, let's move on to exercise number three, which targets the cheek muscles. It's called the cheek squat. I have a detailed video on this topic, so feel free to check it out for more information. Here's a quick version: aim for at least eight repetitions, but if you're feeling up to it, go for more. Lift your cheeks up and hold for a moment, then release slowly. You should feel a good fatigue in your cheeks for it to be effective.
