How to use

    Step 1 - Insert Aligner

    • Bite gently with front teeth to bring face forward. (It’s okay if you can’t yet; practice will help.)

How long should I wear the Facial Aligner each day?

Wear the aligner three times daily for 90 seconds each session, ideally morning, midday, and evening. Start with 90-second sessions (about 10 repetitions each time), and stay consistent. Over time, this routine helps promote a forward jaw position, reduce chin tension, and encourage facial alignment.

How is this different from cheaper mouth guards?
